# Cancel your subscription, and refunds

You subscribe to TVCP through the App Store or Google Play, so you cancel it there: on iPhone in Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the Guardian app does not cancel it.

We don't hold your payment details. Apple or Google bills you, so the subscription is managed in your Apple or Google account. You can cancel any time, including during the free trial.

## On iPhone

1. **Open Settings** on your iPhone.
2. **Tap your name.**
3. **Tap Subscriptions** and choose the TVCP subscription.
4. **Tap Cancel Subscription.** You may need to scroll down to see it.

## On Android

1. **Open the Google Play Store app.**
2. **Tap your profile icon**, then **Payments & subscriptions**, then **Subscriptions**.
3. **Choose the TVCP subscription.**
4. **Tap Cancel subscription** and follow the steps on the screen.

In the Guardian app, **Manage Subscription** in your settings opens the same page.

## Refunds

Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are requested from Apple or Google, not from inside TVCP.

- **Apple:** go to [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com), sign in, choose **I'd like to**, then **Request a refund**. Apple explains it on its page "Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple".
- **Google Play:** on [play.google.com](https://play.google.com), open your profile, then **Payments & subscriptions** and **Budget & order history**. Find the TVCP order and choose **Report a problem**. Google explains it on its page "Request a refund on Google Play".

## Good to know

- Deleting the Guardian app, or TVCP from the TV, doesn't cancel the subscription.
